Ifarm360 has partnered with smallholder farmers in Kenya to grow potatoes on a commercial scale.

A large off-taking contract has been secured through a 2 year binding contract with plans for aggregation to create more value to farmers and investors.

Potato is a staple food in Kenya with high demand against inadequate production, and is considered a high value crop to most farmers. Potato industry is indeed a leading contributor to increased incomes, food security, and improved livelihoods in Kenya.

• Farm preparation through effective mechanization
• Quality Farm inputs (seeds, fertiliser, etc)
• Agronomy support and training for farmers
• Crop insurance (multi-peril)
• Harvesting costs
